A significant part of his role will ensure audit completion and advocate for client care as long as it is clinically indicated.
If there is an incomplete audit, you will most likely receive a follow-up email from Pedro to fix the audit within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain compliance with insurance standards and BBS requirements.

With so many new programs here at Heredia Therapy Group, we want to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the multitude of services we are providing. That’s why our Quality Assurance Department strives to ensure both our clients and our clinicians have a voice and a means to address any concerns during a client’s care with us.
Quality assurance serves to address barriers to treatment. This can come in all forms, whether it’s assessing any personal barriers client may have to attendance, discomfort or disconnect with their current therapist, or other concerns that may arise on behalf of client or therapist. By addressing these issues, our lead therapists can discuss with clients how these barriers will impact their overall treatment.
Reach out to Ashley to get a QA session scheduled, or to your supervisor to see if a QA session is needed for your client!

ABA therapy traditionally serves those who have a formal Autism diagnosis (although other diagnoses qualify for ABA). This therapy’s goals involve the redirection of maladaptive behaviors over 6 – 12 months. Our ABA team enters the client’s homes for approximately 8+ hours of treatment per week, and we work on specific and concise goals that are achieved throughout treatment. Reach out to Brenda for more information or see if one of your clients may qualify for this service!
