If your insurance is listed with us, please fill out our online intake form. Our internal insurance team will review it, and you’ll receive an invitation to schedule your initial consultation. If your insurance is not listed, there might be additional steps like authorization requests, but we’re here to guide you through the process. Our ‘white glove’ approach ensures a seamless client/clinician match to help you find the support you deserve.
